The Apple iPad 2 I bought on 8 March from the store in New Town Plaza has proved defective after only two weeks of use.
The image is usually distorted: the colour is not up to the specified quality. The button below the screen is malfunctioned. Your technician has repaired it twice. I have used Apple products for several years and have always been satisfied with their quality. That is why I am particularly surprised at the quality of my iPad 2.
Since the iPad 2 I bought was defective, I certainly hope you will offer me a replacement.
